For those of you who tend to be a bit more creative, we are inviting you to submit your application on video! Have fun, be creative, and show us your personality.
• You must still submit the written application with section 1 completed.
• Please answer the rest of the application questions in your video. (This is where you should be creative!)
• Your video should not exceed 30 minutes.
• We will only accept VHS or DVD formats.
• Please label your video with: Your name, School, Year, and Phone Number
